President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by the minister of transport, navigation and communications of the Republic of Turkey, Binali Yildirim. The sides expressed their satisfaction with the successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey in all directions, including the fields of transport, navigation and communications, and exchanged views on the implementation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project.
