Governed by Clause 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

To recall Tofig Alovsat oglu Abdullayev from the positions of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sultanate of Oman, the Republic of Yemen, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the permanent representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
