We, the residents of Shaki and the IDPs temporarily settled here, believe in you as we believed in great leader Heydar Aliyev, support your policies for the well-being of our country and a peaceful settlement of the conflict.

Very were glad to hear TV news of Ramil Safarov's extradition from Hungary to Azerbaijan on 31 August and his pardoning on your part. We made no mistake in believing in you. Thank God that the steering wheel of our country is in the hands of such a strong-willed President who loves his country and people.

Today extradition of the courageous son of Azerbaijan Ramil Safarov to our country and his pardon have proven that you are a worthy successor of the architect and builder of the independent Azerbaijan – Heydar Aliyev. Today you are dear to all of us.

Long live the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev!
