On the occasion of my 80th anniversary on August 15, 2010, I have been awarded the Honor Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the basis of your order.

Ten years ago, when I was 70 years old, our eternal President and national leader Heydar Aliyev whom I have a deep respect in my heart has congratulated me. Today, I highly value the congratulations sent by Mr.Ilham Aliyev, our President who continues at the proper level the work of our great leader for the sake of prosperity of our people.
