President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Minister for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Hatta Rajasa.
The President stressed that the relations between Azerbaijan and Indonesia in the political sphere are developing dynamically.
President Ilham Aliyev pointed to good opportunities for economic cooperation between the two countries. The President expressed his confidence that the visit of Minister for Economic Affairs Hatta Rajasa to Azerbaijan would be successful and help identify new areas of cooperation.
Minister Hatta Rajasa conveyed greetings on behalf of President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. He expressed his satisfaction with the visit to our country and the economic development ongoing in Azerbaijan. Noting the importance of Azerbaijan's participation in important international projects, Hatta Rajasa said there were good prospects for the development of bilateral economic relations. The minister said his country was interested in expanding ties with Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the greetings from President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and asked the minister to communicate his greetings to the President of Indonesia.
