Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on appointing Gabriel Valentin Comanescu honorary consul of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Constanta of Romania

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To appoint Gabriel Valentin Comanescu honorary consul of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Constanta of Romania.

2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with resolving all the issues arising from the present Order.
