Dear Mr. Chairman,

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to congratulate you and through you all the people of your country on the national holiday – the Day of the establishment of the People's Republic of China.

Azerbaijani-Chinese relations are on the way of a dynamic and comprehensive development. The continually expanding business relations between our two friendly countries and the effective cooperation covering a number of areas are a clear manifestation of the development of a new plane of our traditions that have deep historical roots.

I am confident that our high-level bilateral relations and mutual support within international organizations will continue to serve the interests of our countries and the welfare of our peoples.

Dear Mr. Chairman, on this auspicious day I send you my best wishes for good health and every success in your activities, and peace and prosperity for the friendly people of China.
