President Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the Flag square in Tartar.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed that the State Flag Square established on an area of about one hectare at the entrance to the city from the direction of Barda has been built on a high level.
The height of the flagpole is 65 meters, while the flag itself is 14 meters long and 7 meters wide. The state flag is clearly visible from many places of the district.
Extensive landscaping work has been carried out around the square, various decorative trees and flower bushes planted.
Recreation areas have also been set up, two fountains built and benches installed. The Mother and Child recreation center has also been built in the square. Its support walls are lined with marble and decorative stones, which imparts special beauty to the square. In the evening hours, a modern lighting system makes the area even more attractive.
The President expressed his satisfaction with the work carried out in the State Flag Square.
