Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To the following agreements between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Belarus signed in Minsk on 28 August 2012:
1.1. The Agreement on cooperation in the area of forensic examination between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
1.2. The Agreement on cooperation in the area of control over the quality and registration of medicines between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the agreements specified in Clauses 1.1 and 1.2 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Belarus of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said agreements.
