Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the aim of enhancing the promotion of domestic and foreign policies, culture, history, socioeconomic development, scientific, technical and tourist potential of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To establish a Center of Culture subordinated to the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Austria.
2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with taking the measures necessary to ensure the activities of the Center of Culture being established in accordance with Clause 1 of the present Order.
