On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to congratulate you and through you all the people of your country on the occasion of the national holiday – the Day of the Declaration of the Republic of Latvia.

I am sure that we will continue our efforts aimed at strengthening Azerbaijani-Latvian interstate relations, preserving the traditions of our friendship and cooperation and further expanding our ties.
