Ilham Aliyev met with bp Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has met with bp Chairman Carl-Henric Svanberg.

The sides expressed their satisfaction with many years of successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and bp. It was stressed that this cooperation is successfully implemented on the "Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli", "Shah Deniz" and the Trans-Anadolu gas pipeline (TANAP) projects. The parties voiced their confidence that this relationship would expand further.

The sides also exchanged views on issues relating to the prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and bp.
