Dear Mrs. President,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties in the aftermath of a tragedy that has occurred in the city of Santa Maria.

Sharing in your grief on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to express my sincere condolences to you, families and friends of those killed and all the people of Brazil over this tragedy, and wish those injured in the accident a speedy recovery.
