Dear Mr. Vice-President,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of the death of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, outstanding statesman Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias.

Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias has done important work for the development of his country, the well-being of its people and Latin American solidarity. I believe that his memory will forever live in the hearts of the people of Venezuela.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own I would like to express my sincere condolences to you, the family of the deceased and all the people of your country.
