President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who is paying an official visit to the Republic of Croatia, has met with Parliament Speaker of the Republic of Croatia Josip Leko.
The sides expressed their satisfaction with the successful development of relations between the two countries in various fields and stressed the importance of reciprocal visits. It was noted that the visit of President Ilham Aliyev to Croatia would enhance the ties to a higher level. It was also stressed that the inter-parliamentary cooperation and the activities of friendship groups would give an impetus to the strengthening of bilateral relations.
It was noted that there was a good potential for the development of economic relations between Azerbaijan and Croatia.
The sides expressed their confidence that the cooperation between the two countries would continue to develop.
