On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to sincerely congratulate you and through you all the people of your country on the national holiday of Ireland – Saint Patrick’s Day.

I do hope that the relations of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Ireland will continue to develop further for the benefit and in the interest of our peoples.

On this auspicious day I send you my best wishes for good health and every success in your activities, and peace and prosperity for the friendly people of Ireland.
