Ilham Aliyev received the Ambassador of Brazil to Azerbaijan at the end of his diplomatic mission in the country

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Azerbaijan, Sergio De Souza Fontes Arruda, at the end of his diplomatic mission in the country.

During the meeting the sides highlighted the successful development of Azerbaijani-Brazilian partnership relations and the high level of political ties between the two countries in recent years and noted the importance of expanding cooperation in the economic sphere.

The parties also pointed to the good opportunities for the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Brazil in different areas and expressed their confidence of a further expansion of cooperation in the coming years.
