Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of plants operating within the AzFP Co Ltd LLC in the Hokmali settlement of Absheron District

President Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of plants manufacturing disposable plastic tableware, preforming, polystyrene and polypropylene bags, dairy products and ice-cream operating within the AzFP Co Ltd LLC in the Hokmali settlement of Absheron District.

The Chairman of the AzFP Co Ltd LLC, Manouchehr Ahadpur Ghangah, informed the President that the company has been operating since 2006. The plants, as well as fruit and vegetable refrigeration warehouses it has established on the Absheron Peninsula, are clear evidence of the attention being paid to the development of entrepreneurship. The enterprises employ a total of 1,500 people. The operation of these plants will have a positive impact on the development of animal husbandry. The area covered by the plants is 8 hectares large. The enterprises operate on the latest technologies. Extensive landscaping has been carried out on the premises.

The President of Azerbaijan commissioned the plant manufacturing disposable plastic tableware and preforming.

Then President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the production process at the plant.

It was indicated that the construction of the plant cost 45 million manats.

The daily production capacity of the enterprise is 50 tons. It produces more than 150 kinds of consumer packages and preforming for food products from polystyrene and polypropylene raw materials. Currently, the plant employs 200 people.

The production process is fully computerized and managed from a central location.

It was noted the process of accepting orders has already been started.

President Ilham Aliyev examined the work of the plant manufacturing polystyrene and polypropylene bags.

It was indicated that a total of 5 million manats was invested in the establishment of the enterprise.

The production site consists of two parts. The first part includes a line of semi-finished products and the second a line of products. The enterprise can produce 125,000 bags of 13 types every day.

Then, President Ilham Aliyev visited the factory for the production of dairy products and ice cream.

It was noted that 49 million manats was invested in the plant operating under the brand name of Milla. The enterprise meets the latest standards. Process equipment at the enterprise has been installed by specialists from Europe. The plant currently produces 56 types of high-quality dairy products under the brand name of Milla.

The President of Azerbaijan was familiarized with the processing and packaging of milk.

It was noted that milk and dairy products pasteurized in ultra-high temperatures were packaged here. For the first time in

Azerbaijan Milla produces lactose-free milk for people who are sensitive to lactose.

The factory also produces a variety of fruit yogurts, ice creams, Caucasian yogurt, sour cream, ayran, suzma and cream.

The enterprise also operates a modern laboratory to establish the composition and quality of milk.

The President reviewed the stand demonstrating dairy products and ice cream.

It was noted that the production capacity of the factory is 250 tons per day. The enterprise is also preparing to start production of cottage cheese, cheese, butter, gatig and other dairy products. To provide the factory with raw materials, livestock breeding farms have been established for the company in different regions of the country.

President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions and recommendations concerning the activities of the enterprise.
