Ilham Aliyev received the outgoing Belgian Ambassador to Azerbaijan at the end of his diplomatic mission

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belgium to Azerbaijan Luc Truyen at the end of his diplomatic mission in the country.

Pointing to the good cooperation established between Azerbaijan and Belgium in recent years, the President praised the work of the Ambassador in that direction and wished him success in his future endeavors.

The sides noted the successful development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Belgium in various areas, including political, economic, business and other fields, and expressed their confidence that they would be continued in the coming years too. During the meeting the parties also exchanged views on the development of bilateral relations, cooperation between Azerbaijan and Europe and other issues.
