President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to Azerbaijan, Hassan Abdolbari al-Zawawi, at the end of his diplomatic mission in the country
The President emphasized that bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Kuwait are at a high level. President Ilham Aliyev said that the two countries successfully cooperate within the framework of international organizations and noted the importance of further expansion of this cooperation. Pointing to strong political ties between Azerbaijan and Kuwait, the President said there was great potential for the development of economic cooperation, including the fields of investment, joint projects, tourism, etc. Noting the importance of reciprocal visits of various levels for the strengthening of bilateral relations, President Ilham Aliyev expressed his confidence that the relations between Azerbaijan and Kuwait would thrive in the future too.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to Azerbaijan Hassan Abdolbari al-Zawawi said there were good opportunities for the expansion of friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Kuwait in various fields. He expressed his hope that bilateral relations between the two countries would continue to expand.
