Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of a new office building of the Sabirabad District branch of the "Yeni Azerbaijan Party"

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of a new office building of the Sabirabad District branch of the "Yeni Azerbaijan Party".

The head of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the building and reviewed the conditions inside.

It was indicated that the construction of the building had begun in May 2012. All resources were mobilized to complete the work with high quality and in a short period of time. The three-storey building, erected on the basis of an original project in a unique architectural style, imparts further beauty to the city. The building covering a total area of 900 square meters is fitted with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

In the lobby area there is a bust of great leader and founder of the "Yeni Azerbaijan Party" Heydar Aliyev. There is also a photo stand with pictures describing the activities of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev and President Ilham Aliyev in respect of the "Yeni Azerbaijan Party". The 60-seat meeting room is suitable for conducting various events related to the activities of the party. The offices on the second floor are also fully equipped. There is a conference room, a library and other facilities here.

It was noted that a constituent assembly of the Sabirabad District branch of the "Yeni Azerbaijan Party" was held on 16 January 1993 with the participation of 16 primary organizations. At present, there are 88 primary organizations of the party. Today, members of the Sabirabad District branch of the “YAP”, which brings together 7,256 political associates, make a significant contribution to the public, political and socioeconomic life of the district and are directly involved in the creative work ongoing in the country.
