President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has reviewed the new office building of the Executive Authority of Bilasuvar District.
The President was informed that the old building of the district Executive Authority was put into operation in the 1950s.
Earlier, it was used for various purposes and in 1992 it began to function as a building of the district Executive Authority.
Since no renovation was carried out in the building, working conditions in it were not very favorable.
It was noted that the construction of the new building began in July 2012 and was completed in July of this year. At the entrance to the building there is a bust of great leader HeydarAliye. There is also a photo stand dedicated to the visits of the nationwide leader and President Ilham Aliyev to Bilasuvar.
Then President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the building. The three-storey building is fitted with all the necessary equipment. All the rooms are equipped according to modern requirements. The façade of the building constructed in the Heydar Aliyev Avenue is lined with local building materials.
It was noted that the first floor of the building accommodates eight offices and a 40-seat canteen. Located on the second floor is a conference room for various meetings and "round tables" and 10 offices, while a large auditorium and 13 offices are located on the third floor. The area has been extensively landscaped, a variety of decorative elements and a modern lighting system installed. To facilitate communication with residents and local offices of the Executive Authority, the office building has a videoconferencing room and a control center.
President Ilham Aliyev examined the operational management center. It will be possible to conduct video meetings online here. Those applying to village and local offices of the Executive Authority will have the opportunity to establish a direct video link with the head of the Executive Authority and other senior officials of the district.
The city and seven rural offices of the Executive Authority are already connected to the network. The 150-seat conference hall equipped with state-of-the-art acoustics, heating and lightingsystems has all the conditions for conducting a variety of activities.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed his satisfaction with the work done.
