President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyevhas completed a visit to Bilasuvarand arrived in Jalilabad District.
The head of state first laid flowers at the statue of the great leader erected in the Heydar Aliyev Park in the center of Jalilabad.
The head of the Jalilabad District Executive Authority, Aziz Azizov, informed President Ilham Aliyev about the landscaping work carried out in the park.
It was reported that reconstruction work was started in May of this year and was completed with high qualityin a short period of time. The previous statue of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev has been replaced with a new one. The height of the new statue made of granite is 10 meters. The 3-hectare park has two fountains, modern lighting poles, benches and a green area. All buildings located around the park have been renovated.
