As part of a visit to the southern region of the republic, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Astara District.
The head of state first laid flowers at the statue to nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of Astara.
The head of the Astara District Executive Authority, Gazanfar Agayev, told the President that the Heydar Aliyev Park had become one of the favorite places of recreation for local residentsin recent years. The park has all the facilities for recreation.
