On behalf of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) and on my own behalf, I want to express to Your Excellency my most sincere congratulations on the successful completion of a free and democratic election held in the friendly and brotherly Republic of Azerbaijan on 9 October 2013 and your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the concerted participation of the Azerbaijani people.
In this regard, I wish to reiterate my belief that, as was the case in the past, the broad experience and wise leadership of Your Excellency will continue to make a major contribution to the progress and prosperity of the people of Azerbaijan in the future, to the development of the strong bonds of friendship between members-countries of our organization and the Republic of Azerbaijan and to the expansion of joint activities in the field of culture and art.
You can rest assured that international organization TURKSOY will, as always, continue to stand by the people of Azerbaijan in all the efforts aimed at the development and deepening of these friendly and fraternal relations, recognition and promotion of the culture and arts of the Turkic world, and enhancement of the contribution of member-countries to the development of world culture.
