In recent years, Azerbaijan has achieved a stable public and political environment, significant economic development and a steadily growing influence in the international community under your leadership. The Chinese side is genuinely pleased with all this.
In the 21 years of diplomatic relations, Chinese-Azerbaijani relations of friendship and cooperation have developed in a sound and steady fashion. Our countries maintain regular high-level contacts, our business cooperation is developing effectively and fruitfully, and cultural exchanges have become increasingly close. Both sides have maintained close communication and coordinated their activities of international and regional issues.
I appreciate your important contribution to the development of bilateral relations and cooperation between China and Azerbaijan in all spheres. I pay great attention to the development of Chinese-Azerbaijani relations. China looks to Azerbaijan as a loyal friend and partner. I am prepared to make joint efforts to promote the continuous development of Chinese-Azerbaijani relations for the benefit of the two countries and peoples.
