Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
I do hope that under your wise leadership your country will further develop and form the basis for stability and progress in the Caucasus region.
I am confident that the friendly relations between our two countries will become even stronger in the future and our relations in the political, economic, cultural and other fields, as well as the inter-regional exchange, will develop further. Japan has supported Azerbaijan along the path of progress. I will also do everything possible to raise the cooperation between Japan and Azerbaijan to a higher level.
