"I congratulate you and the entire Republic of Azerbaijan on the democratic election held on 9 October.

Mr. President, in this election the people of Azerbaijan have expressed their unequivocal support for the fact that you are a true leader of the country."

This is what the message from the chairperson of the "Neuquén People's Movement" bloc in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of Argentina, Alicia Comella, to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev says.

"As the head of the Argentina-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, I am very pleased that the presidential election in your country has been held in democratic conditions. I am sure that this choice will enable your nation to achieve even more tangible success," the message says.

The Argentine deputy ends the congratulation with these words: "I believe that this victory will ensure sustainability and further strengthening of strategic alliances between Azerbaijan and Argentina. I take this opportunity to once again sincerely greet you."
