A new settlement was built for citizens whose mansions have been destroyed in territory of Salyan region as a result of natural calamity occurred in the aftermath of inundations caused by the Kura and the Araxes this April and May
On November 1, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of a settlement.
Minister of Emergency Situations Kemaleddin Heydarov informed that three and four rooms’ individual houses were built for 68 families in a new settlement.
Head of state reviewed the plan of district as well as samples of materials used in the construction.
Familiarizing with conditions created at these houses, President Ilham Aliyev congratulated settlement residents.
Teacher Safura Rzayeva thanked head of state on behalf of settlement residents for his attention and care.
