President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has left for the capital of the Republic of Belarus Minsk to attend part in a meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of State.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the President was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, the head of the Presidential Administration, Ramiz Mehdiyev, Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov.
