Ilham Aliyev arrived in Minsk to attend a meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of State

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in the capital of the Republic of Belarus Minsk to attend a meeting of the Council of the CIS Heads of State.

The President of Azerbaijan was met by senior state and government officials of Belarus at the Minsk national airport decorated with state flags of the CIS countries.
