Dear Mr. President,

The people of Azerbaijan have shown confidence in you again by electing you President for another five-year term. This choice is a very important factor not only for Azerbaijan but also for the whole of the Caucasus region. I congratulate you on behalf of the Georgian people.

Your reelection to the post of President is the right choice for Azerbaijan, which demonstrates solidarity, plays an important part in the international arena in the areas of peace, economy and environment, and vigorously combats challenges.

Azerbaijan and Georgia share common values. I am sure that in the next presidential term the partnership between our two countries will continue to develop and intensify.

Mr. President, I wish you and the people of Azerbaijan every success in the future development of your country.
