Governed by Clause 23 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
For his contribution to the development of cultural relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State of Vatican, to award the president of the Pontifical Council for Culture of the State of Vatican, Gianfranco Ravasi, with the "Dostlug" Order.
