Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the “Action Plan on cooperation in the sphere of culture in 2011-2013 between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Culture of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan” signed in Baku on 8 April 2011.
2. To task the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan with executing the provisions of the Action Plan mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Decree.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with informing the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan side of the execution of necessary state procedures for the enactment of the said document.
