With my whole respect, I am honored and delighted to extend to Your Excellency and the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan congratulations on the occasion of the confident victory in the Presidential elections held on 11 April.
Let me express our heartfelt congratulations to the friendly people of the Republic of Azerbaijan and wishes to Your Excellency for further successful changes in your presidential activity for the benefit of your country.
Your Excellency Mr Aliyev, please also accept my deepest respect and wishes of joy, success and wellbeing to your family and beloved closest ones on this Day.
I would like to take this opportunity to stress significant contribution and input made by the Republic of Azerbaijan to the implementation of the actual objectives for the growth of the country`s economy and to the development of dialogue and cooperation of the international transport corridor Europe – the Caucasus-Asia.
