His Excellency Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Dear Mr President,

On behalf of citizens of the Slovakia and on my own behalf, I congratulate you on the occasion of your re-election to a new term as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

I hope that the friendly relations existing between Azerbaijan and Slovakia will continue to develop for the prosperity of the citizens of our countries.

Dear Mr President, I wish your country and all of its citizens peace, prosperity and continued success in building a democratic civil society.
