I convey to Your Excellency and to the Azerbaijani people my sincere congratulations on your Republic Day and the historic 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the occasion when the people of Azerbaijan established the first model of democratic development in the Muslim world.
The excellent stage of the relations between Brazil and Azerbaijan contributes to promoting the prosperity and the development of our two countries.
Be sure, Mr President, of my permanent will to continue to work for the strengthening of the friendship relations between our two people and of our cooperation in all different fields.
I therefore reiterate, Mr President, my wishes for your personal happiness and success in the exercise of your high functions.
