Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Tajikistan in Baku on 12 July 2012

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To approve the following documents signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Tajikistan in Baku on 12 July 2012:
1.1. The Agreement on cooperation in the area of work with the youth and sports between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
1.2. The Protocol on cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan;
1.3. The Agreement on cooperation in the area of agriculture between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan;
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the agreements specified in Clauses 1.1-1.3 of the present Order.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall notify the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of the completion of necessary domestic procedures for the enactment of the said agreements.
