Governed by Clause 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and taking into consideration Article 36 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On military duty and military service”, I hereby resolve as follows:
By awarding Maharram Abish oglu Aliyev the military rank of Lieutenant-General to take him into active military service.
